Pilates transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body by focusing inner muscles (core muscles).

 

CARDIO CONDITIONING

Combining fun cardio movements with body conditioning exercises to promote weight loss and a stronger and balanced physique. This class routine changes day-to-day to keep it interesting and to cater to the individuals' needs.

 

HEALTH ISSUES

Providing healthy, low-carb meal plans, recipes and lifestyle suggestions to assist the individual with making the right choices in living a healthier lifestyle.

DISTANCE TRAINING

Missed a class? Or too far to attend? Be it email or video, we provide exclusive programmes to suit your body type, that can be done in your own time, your own space.

Are you a group fitness trainer? We provide unique group training programmes to utilize...for those days you need inspiration.

This is one of my favorite Beatle songs. It begins with Paul saying how when he finds himself in times of trouble, “Mother Mary” comes to him. I had always thought that Mary means the virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus. But Paul’s mother was also named Mary, and she died when he was a young boy. Paul has said in interviews that when he wrote the song he was thinking about his mother.
